CE Consulting is a partnership between Chad and Elise. We started it to help small businesses grow, and to be the people owners can call for honest, plain-English advice: no jargon, no upselling, and no recommending things you don't need.

Chad Baniecki

Fractional CTO · Systems, IT and AI

Chad is the CTO of a North Carolina construction company, where he worked his way up from project manager to systems administrator to running all of its technology. He's led its ERP selection, built the reporting that tracks tens of millions of dollars across divisions, and rolled out the software that office staff and field crews use every day.

He's a Six Sigma Green Belt, co-founded a software startup and ran its operations through its first round of investment, and before that ran multiple restaurant locations as a concept director. He also played football at LSU, including on the 2007 national championship team.

Elise McCann

Data, finance and analytics

Elise is a financial systems analyst at a software company, where she keeps financial systems and data accurate and turns them into the reporting leadership relies on. She's also a Salesforce administrator, has a background in financial planning and analysis, and is studying business analytics.

For the past ten years she's also managed bar operations at a busy Triangle restaurant, so she knows what inventory, labor and sales numbers look like from behind the bar, not just in a spreadsheet.
